Boundaries are Postal Areas 2021 from the Australian Bureau of Statistics, used under CC BY 4.0 and simplified for the web (sources). Rates are the usage half of the bill on the plans published today, GST in, conditional discounts out. Western Australia and the Northern Territory have no retail competition, so they are unfilled.
